We're looking for a forward-thinking professional to spearhead our efforts in reimagining English and Language Arts education through sophisticated data analysis, pioneering AI integration, and comprehensive subject expertise. Your objective? To double the rate at which students absorb language fundamentals and literary analysis, spanning from foundational phonics through advanced literary criticism.

Instructional Designer Key Responsibilities Produce quantifiable enhancements in student English and Language Arts performance through AI-powered analysis and application, as evidenced by a 2x acceleration in competency mastery across multiple domains (reading, writing, grammar, literature analysis) and grade levels, all within our innovative 2 Hour Learning model.

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
