The Role
As Legal Counsel – Employment Law , you will provide expert advice on a wide range of employment matters, from day-to-day HR issues to complex projects and transactions. This includes supporting competitive bids, outsourcing, acquisitions, and restructuring, as well as drafting and negotiating TUPE provisions. You will work closely with HR and business leaders, manage employment disputes and litigation, and advise on trade union and collective consultation matters. The role also involves implementing legal changes, updating policies, and delivering training to ensure compliance and best practice across the organization.
