Position Summary We are seeking a Senior Compensation & Benefits Partner, reporting to the Senior Director, Compensation & Benefits EMEA & LATAM. In this role, you will contribute to the development and execution of regional compensation and benefits strategies, programs, and processes.
You will serve as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners and business leaders, providing expert guidance on compensation matters across designated functions, lines of business, and geographic markets. The role carries regional program ownership and responsibility for leading key compensation and benefits initiatives that directly support business performance.
