Collaborate closely with partners to understand broader organizational goals. Use storytelling to influence decisions and build trust. Stay current with design trends, methods, and tools. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 2+ years of professional design experience. Strong ability to communicate ideas and influence decisions. Demonstrated understanding of industry standards. Strong time and issue management skills. Experience executing work end-to-end. Ability to give and receive critiques. Proficiency in relevant design tools.
