As the
Senior Technical Program Manager
for the Competitive Intelligence (CI) Charter, you will lead the end-to-end execution of projects and operations. This is a high-impact role requiring a blend of Technical Program Management (TPM), Financial Oversight, and Strategic Customer Success.
You will orchestrate strategies and processes to ensure our internal business verticals achieve their desired outcomes. By bridging the gap between Business, Product, Engineering, and Operations, you will act as a strategic advisor and internal advocate, using data to drive efficiency and value realization across the entire customer journey. You will be responsible for the "Business Health" of the charter, including cost estimations, technical feasibility, cross-functional alignment, and end-to-end delivery.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Lifecycle Management: Lead the CI charter from initial requirement gathering and technical feasibility through to cost estimation and final execution.
Cross-Functional Orchestration: Navigate complex organizational structures to align Business, Product, Engineering, Ops, and external vendors on shared delivery goals.
Process Engineering: Develop and implement scalable operational frameworks to stabilize the team and drive continuous process improvements.
Internal Advocacy: Act as the primary "Success Lead" for various business verticals, ensuring their technical and operational needs are prioritized and met.
Strategic Advisory: Build long-term relationships with vertical heads, acting as a trusted advisor who translates technical updates into tangible business value.
Budgetary Oversight: Own the P&L mindset for the charter—developing cost estimations, managing budgets, and tracking spends against deliverables.
Data-Driven Excellence: Define and track KPIs and Success Metrics to provide executive-level visibility into the charter’s performance and stability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 8–15 years in Program Management, with a proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional projects and programs.
Business & Financial Acumen: Expertise in budgeting, cost-benefit analysis, and resource planning for complex technical projects.
Technical Depth: Ability to engage in deep-dive discussions with Engineering leads and understand complex system dependencies.
Soft Skills: Ability to lead and influence stakeholders across different verticals through clear, high-impact communication.
Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in data analysis to refine programs and improve customer value realization.
Problem Solving: A "Customer Success" mindset—focused on proactively finding solutions for the business rather than just reporting on blockers.
