This position places you at the center of each family's path from initial inquiry through enrollment, ensuring that every touchpoint embodies Alpha's precision, care, and high standards. You will manage day-to-day correspondence, organize impactful admissions events, and keep applicant data accurate to support sound decision-making.

What You Will Be Doing Manage and respond to the admissions inbox, delivering prompt, considerate, and polished communication with families exploring Alpha (both digitally and face-to-face)
Handle and monitor digital admissions documentation with meticulous care for accuracy
Attend all admissions events—including information sessions, shadow visits, and community gatherings—whether held on-site or virtually
Work directly with Lead Guides to arrange shadow day schedules for prospective students
Maintain admissions platforms, records, and follow-up workflows with precision and timeliness

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $37 USD/hour, which equates to $75,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
