We’re looking for a
Business Analytics/ Data Lead
to build and run the analytics backbone across the portfolio of products.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who can operate at both strategic and hands-on levels — someone who can define how we measure the business, build the systems and reporting that matter, lead a strong team of analysts, and influence product and business decisions with clarity and credibility.
You’ll sit at the center of our organization, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Growth, and Business leadership across a portfolio of different mobile apps. You should be equally comfortable diving into data, shaping KPI frameworks, improving instrumentation, mentoring analysts, and presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
We’re looking for someone who comes from a strong app or consumer tech background, has managed analysts before, brings strong technical depth, and knows how to turn messy data into sharp decision-making.

What will you own?
- Lead
product analytics, reporting, and business intelligence
across multiple app studios
- Define the company’s core KPI framework across acquisition, engagement, retention, monetization, and lifetime value
- Build a high-trust analytics function that helps teams make faster, better decisions
- Partner with Product and Engineering to improve event tracking, instrumentation, and data quality
- Own executive and studio-level dashboards, reporting cadences, and business reviews
- Lead deep-dive analyses on user behavior, funnel performance, subscriptions, ad monetization, experimentation, and growth
- Build scalable reporting and insight frameworks that work across Android, iOS, and Desktop products
- Manage and mentor a team of analysts, helping raise the bar on quality, business context, and communication
- Act as a thought partner to business leaders on performance, forecasting, opportunities, and trade-offs
What We’re Looking For
- 7-10 years of experience in product analytics, BI, business analytics, or related data roles
- Experience in apps, mobile, or consumer tech is strongly preferred
- Strong technical skills across SQL, dashboarding/BI, data modeling, experimentation, and analytics tooling
- Experience managing or mentoring a team of analysts
- Strong understanding of product and growth metrics across Android and iOS; Desktop experience is a plus
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Growth, and Business leaders
- Strong communication skills — able to turn complex analysis into clear recommendations
- High ownership, strong judgment, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
- Able to balance detail orientation with commercial thinking.
You’ll Likely Be a Great Fit If You
- Have built analytics systems for apps, not just reported on them
- Know how to distinguish interesting data from decision-useful data
- Can move easily between technical problem-solving and executive communication
- Have experience building KPI definitions and reporting structures across multiple teams or products
- Enjoy leading analysts but are still fully comfortable getting hands-on yourself
- Understand how product, monetization, and growth decisions connect in app businesses
Nice to Have
- Experience with tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Firebase, Adjust, AppsFlyer
- Experience with BI platforms such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Metabase, or similar
- Exposure to subscription apps, ad-supported apps, or freemium models
- Familiarity with experimentation design, lifecycle analytics, attribution, and cohort modeling
- Experience working across a portfolio of products or business units
