Your objective? To accelerate student comprehension of language concepts and literary analysis by a factor of two, spanning everything from foundational phonics to sophisticated literary critique.

Learning Designer Key Responsibilities Lead quantifiable enhancements in student English and Language Arts performance through AI-supported analysis and execution, evidenced by a doubling of the rate of skill acquisition across multiple areas (reading, writing, grammar, literature analysis) and grade levels, all within our transformative 2 Hour Learning model.

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
