LOCATION NOTE: This is an in-person role located at one of our campuses.
A well-functioning campus goes unnoticed. A poorly run one affects everyone. This position ensures Alpha campuses operate with consistency, safety, and confidence—every day.
Alpha is constructing one of the world's most ambitious education models. Our classrooms operate at speed. Our expectations are high. That demands campus operations that are disciplined, responsive, and designed to scale. This position is accountable for everything beyond the classroom that enables students and Guides to deliver their best work.
In this position, you serve as the operational foundation of the campus. You handle parent and staff communication, manage safety and security protocols, maintain smooth facilities and logistics operations, and ensure reliable technology access for students and staff. You intervene when issues arise, identify risks before they grow, and provide structured stability in fast-moving environments.
This is not a limited coordinator position. It is a hands-on, high-visibility role for someone who excels with responsibility, variety, and execution. If you seek work where your choices directly impact student safety, staff performance, and parent confidence, this role provides genuine ownership and accountability.
