The Opportunity We are seeking a strategic, people-centric leader to build and lead our Americas Manager Success Partner team —a group dedicated to empowering managers to lead effectively, strengthen team performance, and foster a healthy, equitable, high-trust culture! This role functions with a specialized focus on manager capability, coaching, and support .
As the leader, you will develop the vision, strategy, and operational framework for how we enable managers across the Americas region! You will partner closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), Talent Development, Employee Relations, and Business Leaders to deliver scalable solutions and human-centered guidance that elevates manager effectiveness at every level.
This role requires a skilled people-leader with deep experience in HR partnership, manager coaching, organizational effectiveness, and change leadership.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $156,800 -- $308,750 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $213,200 - $308,750
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
