Team Lead – Customer Support

About the Role
As Team Lead, you will oversee frontline support operations across channels and time zones, ensuring global listeners feel heard, respected, and supported at every interaction.
What You’ll Do
Lead and manage a team of 10–15 customer support executives across rotational shifts
Act as escalation SPOC across email, chat, app store reviews, and social media
