Accountants – Property Management

Location: London – Hybrid – 2-3 days per week onsite

We are seeking Fully Qualified Statutory Accountants with strong experience in the property management sector to support a short-term assignment focused on year-end audit responses, balance sheet review and reconciliation, financial analysis and process improvement.

**Key Responsibilities

• Lead responses to specific areas of year-end audit queries
• Perform detailed balance sheet reconciliations and reviews
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies across property-related accounts
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to validate financial data
• Process documentation, including identification of improvement areas and controls

Essential

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
• Managing External Audit and Internal Audit processes and stakeholders
• Proven experience within property management or real estate finance
• Advanced Excel user with ability to quickly and accurately analyse large data sets from multiple sources
• Strong balance sheet reconciliation and review experience
• Hands-on knowledge of Horizon and/or Agresso (nice-to-have)
• Ability to work independently and deliver to tight deadlines
• Ability to work in a complex environment
• Works well under pressure
• Forensic approach to investigating
• Attention to detail
• General ledger Accounting (nice-to-have)
• VAT experience (nice-to-have)**
