About The Job As the VP for Engineering for Finance, Compliance & Governance (FCG) you will act as a business and technology visionary who will be responsible for an AI-first, agent-led transformation in the internal systems and functions across finance, SAP, procurement, and legal for corporate engineering globally. You will oversee these teams to ensure that Google's financial, compliance and SAP infrastructure is innovative, secure, and strictly aligned with business strategy and regulatory requirements. You'll lead, inspire, and upskill a global organization of technologists. In addition, you will direct the planning, implementation, and support of technology systems to drive value creation and support business operations. You will forge successful working relationships with cross-functional partners in a fast-paced environment and balance long-term strategic vision.

The US base salary for this full-time position is $550,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
