The most effective way to teach young children to read may be by connecting literacy instruction to gaming culture—a space where progression, resilience, and skill-building are already second nature.
In this role, you will facilitate small-group reading workshops within a school designed around the passions of young gamers. You will combine phonics teaching, adaptive literacy technology, and personalized coaching to inspire K-2 students to embrace reading with the same enthusiasm they bring to games.
