Atomicwork
is on a mission to transform the digital workplace experience by uniting people, processes, and platforms through AI automation. Our team is building a modern service management platform that enables growing businesses to reduce operational complexity and drive business success.
About the Role
Video is central to how we launch products, build brand, and grow our audience at Atomicwork. We've shipped product launch films, CIO podcasts, customer case studies, and social-first short-form content — and demand is only going up.
We're looking for an in-house Video Editor who can own post-production end to end — from a quick reel for LinkedIn to a polished launch video — and move fast without sacrificing quality.
What You'll Work On
Product launch videos — cinematic, high-quality edits with animations, motion graphics, and creative transitions (think Anthropic and OpenAI-style product films).
Short-form social content — punchy YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn reels, highlights, teasers, and trailers cut from longer recordings. Fast turnaround is key.
Podcasts and roundtables — full-length CIO interview and case study videos with clean audio-visual treatment and branded lower thirds.
Webinar repurposing — slice and package long webinar recordings into engaging, shareable clips.
Partnership and announcement videos — short CEO-led films coordinated across teams and sometimes across companies.
What We're Looking For
2–5 years of video editing experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS or tech company.
Strong portfolio showing both high-production product/brand videos and fast-turnaround social clips.
Comfortable editing long-form content (30–60 min podcasts) and short-form content (15–90 sec reels) with equal care.
Hands-on experience with AI-first editing tools — Veed.io, RunwayML, Opus Clips, or similar.
Familiar with collaboration workflows using Frame.io or equivalent review tools.
A sharp eye for pacing, music, and on-screen text that makes videos feel native to the platform.
Self-starter who can manage multiple videos in parallel and hit deadlines without hand-holding.
