Team Overview The Chief of Staff team partners closely with the CFO to support strategic priorities and ensure the CFO is consistently informed, prepared, and positioned to drive impact. The team enhances transparency across Finance leadership and connects insights across the organization. In addition, the team leads and executes high impact, ad hoc initiatives in support of the broader Finance organization and key partners. This role is highly project driven and well suited for a candidate who is strategic, highly organized, and meticulous about documentation and data integrity. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the financial services industry, demonstrate intellectual curiosity, operate with a high degree of ownership, and be comfortable working both independently and in highly collaborative environments. The position offers exceptional exposure to senior Finance leadership, the broader Firm, and the external industry landscape.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between 80 000$ and 115 000$ per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
