At Unbound Academy, a fully virtual, tuition-free charter school, students progress rapidly through academic material using AI-driven tools, then participate in live, interactive workshops that emphasize life skills, teamwork, and personal growth. Your responsibility is to ensure these sessions are smooth, engaging, and meaningful for every student.
You will serve as the operational backbone of the student experience. You'll oversee transitions, facilitate small group interactions, maintain high energy levels, and provide support when students need guidance or reassurance. Content delivery is not your focus—but your presence is essential to making the model work.

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $20 USD/hour, which equates to $40,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
