We are seeking an experienced Director, Transformation to lead JLL’s Consulting practice engagements focused on real estate transformation, workplace strategy execution, and operating model evolution. This role will serve as a transformation leader and trusted advisor to clients, helping them translate strategic ambition into actionable programs that reshape how workplace and real estate functions deliver value across the enterprise.
The Director will lead complex transformation initiatives spanning portfolio strategy, workplace experience, facilities service delivery, real estate and facilities operating and organizational model assessments, , and implementation planning for real estate and facilities initatives. This role goes beyond traditional change management to focus on defining the transformation agenda, mobilizing stakeholders, enabling execution, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex consulting engagements focused on enterprise real estate, facilities, and workplace transformation, leveraging JLL Consulting’s delivery models, strategic frameworks, and implementation methodologies
- Partner with client executives to define transformation strategies, target operating models, and implementation roadmaps that align workplace, real estate, and facilities initiatives with broader business priorities
- Drive large-scale transformation programs across areas such as portfolio optimization, workplace modernization, mergers & acquisitions / divestures, real estate and facilities service model redesign for insourced/outsourced structures, and facilities and real estate organizational design,
- Translate strategic recommendations into practical execution plans, ensuring transformation initiatives are structured, governable, and actionable across people, process, technology, and real estate dimensions
- Establish governance structures, decision-making frameworks, implementation plans, and success metrics that enable successful transformation delivery and long-term value realization
- Serve as a senior advisor to clients throughout the transformation lifecycle, helping navigate complexity, align stakeholders, remove barriers to execution, and accelerate business outcomes
- Act as Engagement Manager, overseeing staffing, financial performance, quality of delivery, client relationships, and commercial management processes within day-to-day project delivery
- Lead capability development efforts by codifying best practices, strengthening methodologies, and advancing team capabilities across transformation, strategy, and implementation disciplines
- Collaborate with JLL Consulting Capability Leads and Industry Leads and other JLL partners ato identify and deliver integrated solutions s
- Contribute to business development through client pursuits, proposal development, thought leadership, and executive presentations that position JLL as a leader in workplace and real estate transformation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Consulting, Real Estate, Business Strategy, Organizational Transformation, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in consulting or industry roles with significant focus on transformation strategy, program leadership, and large-scale execution within the facilities and real estate space
- Proven experience advising clients on complex real estate and facilities transformation initiatives, ideally within commercial real estate, workplace strategy, corporate services, or related enterprise functions
- Strong track record of shaping and delivering real estate and facilities transformation programs that drive measurable business outcomes, operational improvement, and organizational adoption
- Demonstrated ability to move from strategic problem-solving to real estate and facilities execution planning and implementation oversight in complex client environments
- Superior executive presence with exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
- Experience leading and mentoring diverse, cross-functional, and multi-disciplinary project teams within the real estate and facilities space
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders across business, operations, HR, technology, and real estate functions
- Strong program and project management capabilities, with experience managing multiple workstreams and priorities in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with AI-enabled tools and digital technologies, with the ability to apply them to analysis, solution development, transformation planning, and client delivery
- Understanding of the implications of AI for workplace strategy, service delivery, operating model design, and organizational transformation
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
