About the Role
This role involves creating, maintaining, and analyzing recruitment data to provide actionable insights that support strategic hiring decisions.
Responsibilities
Collect, consolidate, and validate recruitment data from multiple sources
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment dashboards and reports for leadership and stakeholders.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across systems.
Analyze recruitment metrics, source effectiveness, and recruiter performance.
Collaborate with recruiters and HR teams.
Automate repetitive reporting tasks using tools like Excel macros, Power BI, or Tableau.
Maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations in data handling.
Support audit requirements by providing accurate and timely data.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
Strong communication skills to present data insights effectively.
Experience in recruitment or HR operations.
