How will you make an impact in this role?
As the Subject Matter Expert in the Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation Space, you will implement changes to the existing configurations, processes identify the best fitment of current processes to the Oracle Cloud Compensation module.
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation Functional Engineer with strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Compensation and Core HR. The ideal candidate will have successfully delivered at least two end-to-end implementations of Oracle Cloud Compensation and possess deep functional knowledge of compensation processes, configuration, and business transformation
Key Responsibilities
Study the existing Oracle Cloud Compensation landscape and get an understanding of current state
Conduct requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders and translate business requirements into functional design documents.
Configure and implement:
Design and support compensation cycles including testing, validation, and go-live support.
Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports (OTBI/BIP), and data conversions.
Ensure seamless integration between Compensation and Core HR modules.
Provide guidance on compensation best practices and process optimization.
Support UAT, prepare training materials, and conduct user training sessions.
Required Qualifications & Experience
8–12 years of overall experience in Oracle HCM.
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation .
Successfully completed at least 2 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Cloud Compensation.
Strong functional knowledge of:
Good understanding of Oracle Core HR (Work Structures, Grades, Jobs, Positions, Person Management).
Experience in requirement analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Knowledge of OTBI and BI Publisher reporting related to Compensation.
Experience with data migration (HDL/HSDL) is preferred.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
