FID Secured Lending (“FSL”) sits within Morgan Stanley’s Fixed Income Division and provides financing facilities to asset originators, aggregators and financial sponsors. FSL currently manages a portfolio backed by a diverse range of assets including private credit / corporate loans, fund capital commitments, consumer loans, residential and commercial mortgages, and infrastructure loans across the US, Europe, and APAC regions.
Position Description The Fixed Income Division (“FID”) Securitized Products Group is currently seeking an Analyst to work on all aspects of executing warehouse lending facilities. The role will include working with originators, servicers, external counsel, rating agencies and internal constituents in the securitization banking, credit, legal, compliance, tax and accounting policy divisions.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $110,000 and $125,000 per year at the commencement of employment for Analyst. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
