Role: Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong backend expertise and hands-on experience building scalable web applications and APIs.

This role will be approximately 60% backend focused, with primary ownership around designing, developing, and maintaining Python-based backend services using FastAPI. The remaining 40% will involve frontend development using React, along with CI/CD, DevOps, cloud deployment, and full-stack engineering responsibilities.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across the full software development lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering secure, reliable, and high-performance applications in a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

● Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python and FastAPI.

● Build scalable, secure, and high-performance RESTful APIs and microservices.

● Develop frontend components and user interfaces using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

● Collaborate with product managers, designers, architects, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end application features.

● Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and third-party services.

● Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and release management.

● Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP for application deployment and infrastructure management.

● Implement containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.

● Ensure code quality through unit testing, integration testing, code reviews, and best development practices.

● Participate in DevOps activities including monitoring, logging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

● Write technical documentation, API specifications, and deployment guides.

● Contribute to architecture discussions and recommend improvements for scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

● Support production releases, bug fixes, incident resolution, and ongoing platform enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● 5–8 years of experience in Full Stack Development.

● Strong hands-on backend experience with Python and FastAPI.

● Experience designing and building REST APIs, microservices, and backend systems.

● Strong frontend development experience with React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

● Experience with state management libraries and frontend frameworks such as Redux or Context API.

● Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or DynamoDB.

● Hands-on experience with Git, GitHub, or GitLab for version control.

● Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.

● Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized application deployment.

● Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

● Strong knowledge of software engineering best practices including testing, code reviews, clean code, and design patterns.

● Experience with API authentication methods such as OAuth2, JWT, SSO, and role-based access controls.

● Familiarity with logging, monitoring, and observability tools.

● Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in remote teams across EST hours.

Nice to Have Skills

● Experience with GraphQL and WebSockets.

● Familiarity with Terraform or Infrastructure as Code tools.

● Experience working with event-driven systems, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.

● Knowledge of serverless architectures and cloud-native application design.

● Exposure to AI/ML integrations, LLM-based applications, or modern data platforms.

● Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
