Alpha leverages AI-driven 1:1 instruction, enabling students to complete core academics in roughly two hours daily. The remaining time is devoted to life skills, pursuit of personal interests, and meaningful development. At Alpha's most rigorous campuses, students require more than oversight. They need a credible mentor whose personal track record demonstrates excellence: someone capable of assessing group dynamics, establishing expectations, and guiding them through obstacles like resistance, distraction, and doubt.
This position does not involve teaching; it centers on coaching, challenging, and maintaining the same rigorous standards you've applied to yourself. Approximately 80% of your day will be spent conducting direct 1-on-1 sessions, small-group coaching, and life-skills workshops. The remaining 20% involves setting each day's tone through purposeful kickoffs that cultivate a culture where mediocrity is unacceptable.
The trajectory here is not about advancing into management. It emphasizes depth. You begin by mastering Alpha's methodology and earning students' trust. Within months, you become the person they rely on to push them beyond perceived limits. The reward is not a title change. Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
