As the Senior Director of GTM Strategy & Execution for Agentic Orchestration , you will own the end-to-end strategy that connects product innovation to customer impact. You’ll shape our competitive and market positioning and chart the path for UiPath to lead the industry in business transformation orchestrating end-to-end business processes leveraging human-AI-bot collaboration at scale.
This is a highly cross-functional, high-visibility role that blends strategic thinking, storytelling, execution discipline, and market insight. You will partner closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and our partner ecosystem to ensure our offerings land powerfully with enterprise buyers, automation developers, and platform strategists.

Compensation Range: $290K - $325K
