Paytm Ads is Paytm's digital advertising vertical that offers innovative ad solutions to clients across industries It offers advertisers the opportunity to engage with 300Mn+ users who interact with over 200 payment & retail services, online and offline - offered on the Paytm app. Paytm Ads maps the user transactions to their lifestyle choices and creates customized segmentation cohorts for sharp shooting ad campaigns to the most relevant TG.
About the Role:
We’re seeking a Creative Design to own and drive the visual communication strategy for in-app ad campaigns, marketing collaterals, and innovation projects across the Paytm Ads ecosystem.
As the Creative Design Lead, you'll manage end-to-end design responsibilities from stakeholder communication and creative strategy to hands-on design execution and team management. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with business, marketing, and product teams to deliver high-impact, performance-oriented creatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Resize and adapt brand-provided creatives across multiple ad formats (Display, Video, Audio).
Design ad creatives from scratch for branding and performance campaigns.
Create mockups and visual concepts for sales pitch decks, media kits, and new ad formats.
Edit and optimize video and motion creatives using Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Format and optimize audio ads as per platform and delivery specifications.
Ensure creatives meet IAB and platform guidelines (sizes, formats, file limits).
Support quick turnarounds in a high-volume ad operations environment.
Required Skills & Tools
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
Figma
Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects
CorelDRAW
Familiarity with online design tools and basic audio editing tools
Qualifications:
8–10 years of experience in creative or visual design, with at least 1–2 years in a lead or managerial role.
Strong portfolio showcasing marketing collaterals, digital banners, video snippets, and ad creatives.
Proficiency in tools like: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) & Figma
Basic knowledge of motion/animation is a plus.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Proven ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and project management skills.-Experience working with external clients or brand teams.
Preferred: Background in ad-tech, digital marketing, or performance marketing.
