**Contract Length: 6 months with a likelihood of extensions

• Ability to quickly understand complex processes
• Experience of providing Operational Support
• Testing methodology
• Strong Analytical Skills and data management
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Project management skills
• Experience of testing and reporting test results
• Able to collaborate with relevant stakeholders and interpret policy to identify a solution to complex queries
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate to people at all levels both written and verbal
• Advanced user of Microsoft applications************
