About The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Lead Associate- Business Finance and FP&A to join our Finance team. In this role, you will be instrumental in optimizing working capital & GnA through effective collaboration, data analysis, and process automation. Your insights will drive strategic decision-making and enhance financial performance.
Roles & Responsibilities
Variance Analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators, identifying and communicating variances versus plans and AOP to relevant stakeholders.
G&A AOP Development: Collaborate with department heads to prepare the Annual Operating Plan, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and financial targets.
Expenditure Approval: Review and approve G&A-related expenses, ensuring compliance with budgetary constraints and organizational policies
Provision Submission: Ensure the timely submission of provision inputs to relevant stakeholders, adhering to internal deadlines and reporting schedules.
Qualifications & Experience Education: CA/ MBA ( in Finance)
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in working capital management, financial analysis, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions), familiarity with data visualization tools, SQL.
Analycal Abilies: Strong analycal skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings to senior management.
Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
