As a QA Automation Lead, you will be responsible for end-to-end testing delivery across medium to large initiatives, ensuring high-quality outcomes, automation-first practices, and strong stakeholder engagement. You will work closely with architects, scrum teams, and senior business leaders to deliver scalable and resilient testing solutions.

Your Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end testing delivery across a portfolio, ensuring consistent quality and business continuity
• Lead and mentor a high-performing QA team, supporting capability development and best practices
• Champion automation strategies, working with architects and scrum teams to ensure testability
• Drive innovation through modern tools, frameworks, CI/CD integration, and proof-of-concepts
• Engage confidently with senior stakeholders, providing insight on quality, risks, and delivery readiness
Mandatory Skills
• Agile testing methodologies and automation-first delivery
• Selenium automation using C# with BDD frameworks such as Spec Flow
• API automation and Selenium Grid implementation
• Test metrics, reporting, and quality governance
• Leadership in QA delivery for complex enterprise programmed
Desirable Skills
• Strong leadership and influencing skills across distributed teams
• Experience driving change through collaboration and innovation
• Flexibility to work with stakeholders across UK and US time zones
• Exposure to large transformation or compliance-driven programmed
