About The Job Candidate will be part of circle Business Planning & Analysis team and will be primarily responsible for driving cost optimization projects across functions for efficiency build up and control governance around P&L. Will also be responsible for presentations to management entailing key KPI performance and control programs and reporting will be to BPA Head of the circle. Key Responsibilities  Leading both Network & Non Network cost optimization projects  Identifying Opex saving opportunities or replication of best Practices From Other Circles  Driving/interacting with stakeholders across all functions for various projects along with close-looping the same  Monthly Opex planning and forecasting with Opex plan delivery  Detailed Spend Analysis On All Major Functions - Network/S&D/CS/Others, identifying opportunity for any efficiencies/corrections  Driving the overall circle compliance agenda  Adhoc analysis on individual cost line items as per business requirement  Ensuring books hygiene in terms of provision accuracy, bad debt & security deposit management etc.  Data and presentation delivery as per requirement Skills  Business understanding  Strong analytics & problem solving  Process oriented  Ability to communicate, oral/written at all levels  Good Interpersonal Skills  Teamwork & Collaboration  Result oriented & multitasking  Positive drive & energy Educational Qualification & Experience  CA or MBA Finance Work Experience  Min. 3 years of relevant work experience
