We're looking for a visionary professional to spearhead our initiative to transform English and Language Arts education through sophisticated data analysis, innovative AI implementation, and comprehensive subject matter knowledge. Your objective? To double the rate at which students acquire language concepts and literary analysis skills, spanning from foundational phonics to sophisticated literary criticism.
At 2 Hour Learning, we're redefining K-12 education with measurable outcomes. Our AI-powered learning ecosystem is changing how students engage with content, allowing them to master subjects at twice the pace of conventional schooling. Learning Designer Key Responsibilities Generate measurable improvements in student English and Language Arts performance through AI-driven analysis and deployment, as evidenced by a 2x acceleration in skill mastery across multiple domains (reading, writing, grammar, literature analysis) and grade levels, all within our innovative 2 Hour Learning model.

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
