Own Talent Acquisition Targets:
Develop a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to meet quarterly/half-yearly/annual hiring targets for the GTM Team
Partner with business leaders from Sales, Marketing, Founder’s Office, Analytics, etc. to deeply understand their talent needs. Define job scorecards for key roles across each department elaborately and accurately. Some examples of key roles:
Sales: Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives, Sales Managers
