About The Role
This isn’t a typical
Executive Assistant
role.
You will work on initiatives that genuinely transform how finance works in India, a type of work few roles offer.
The primary goal of this role is to meaningfully optimize the leader’s time. We are looking for a senior, high-agency, high-trust operator to work directly with the senior leader, ensuring their time, attention, and energy are deployed on the highest-impact priorities.
What You’ll Do
- Calendar and Travel Management and General Tasks
- Own and actively manage the calendar with a strong understanding of personal and business priorities
- Coordinate domestic and international travel and stay end-to-end
- Offer thoughtful suggestions and alternatives to ensure optimal use of time and save time wherever possible.
- Communication & Inbox Management
- Screen and prioritize emails, calls and inbound requests
- Prepare concise summaries, draft responses, and flag key decisions
- Ensure disciplined follow-through and closure
- AI & Workflow Optimization
- Comfortably use AI tools to streamline inbox triage, meeting summaries, research, and task tracking
- Leverage available tools to reduce manual work and improve clarity in day-to-day operations
- Proactively explore better ways of working and suggest practical improvements that save time
- Meeting & Decision Support
- Prepare agendas, pre-reads, and briefing notes
- Capture structured minutes and track action items to closure
- Liaise with senior leaders, partners, investors, and external stakeholders
- Operational & Administrative Support
- Prepare research summaries, reports, and documents with high accuracy
- Manage expenses, reimbursements, and other administrative tasks
You’ll Excel in This Role If You
- 6-8 years in senior executive support or founder-facing roles
- High agency and strong ownership mindset
- Proven ability to manage complexity independently
- AI fluency - comfortable integrating AI into daily workflows
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear, structured written and verbal communication
- Calm, composed, and trusted by the leaders you support
You’ll Know You’re Winning When
- You’ve ensured the leader’s calendar consistently reflects the highest-priority work, with most time allocated to strategic meetings and decisions.
- You’ve enabled leaders to walk into meetings fully prepared by consistently providing clear agendas, pre-reads, and concise briefing notes.
- You’ve brought strong follow-through to other leader’s commitments, ensuring action items are tracked and closed reliably.
- You’ve introduced practical AI tools or workflow improvements that reduce manual coordination and make day-to-day operations more efficient.
