Role Overview Reporting to the Director, FinTech – Production Systems, you will lead EA's Connected Planning Center of Excellence (CoE). You will oversee the business-side strategy, operating model, and delivery for Anaplan-enabled planning and forecasting solutions across Finance and partner functions. This is a hybrid role, requiring three days per week in an EA office.
You will lead end-to-end planning solutions, partnering with Finance Transformation leads on process design and overseeing user enablement across build, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. Working with IT on architecture, integrations, environments, and data pipelines, you will ensure scalable, well-governed solutions that support connected planning. You will increase adoption, strengthening user support, standardizing ways of working, and improving planning capabilities at scale.
You will sit within the FinTech team, which owns the tools, data, and culture that ensure effective planning, analysis, decision support, and performance management.

Pay Transparency - North America Compensation And Benefits The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. PAY RANGES
Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.
For Canada, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
