About The Product Workday People Analytics is an AI fueled analytical platform for HR that helps to make better and faster people decisions. It delivers insights, highlighting areas of focus without lifting a finger. Workday People Analytics helps bridge that gap with pre-built analytics, giving you automated and targeted insights in easy-to-understand stories. It’s essentially your analyst in a box!
Among our differentiation in this space is our proprietary Storyteller technology which automatically surfaces the most relevant insights for your business in natural language, doing the heavy lifting for users by sifting through millions of combinations of data.
About The Role You will be a member of our product team focusing on building first class AI Augmented analytical products. You will be leading product development, including architecture evolution, implementation designs, and you will be responsible for critical technical decisions. You will contribute to the Engineering operations, implement and adopt the right Engineering practices, strive for efficient and innovative product delivery. Last but not least you will guide and mentor the team, contribute to the team growth and future success of the product.
