About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on, data-driven Manager of Performance Marketing to join our Growth team. In this role, you will own the end-to-end execution of paid media campaigns across Social, Search, Display, and Native channels — driving profitable customer acquisition at scale across the United States.
This is a high-ownership, high-impact role built for a media buyer who thrives in a performance-first environment. You will be responsible for managing significant media budgets (7 figures annually), optimizing campaigns to hit CPA, CPL, and CPC goals, and building a rigorous testing culture across creatives and landing pages. You will work with some level of autonomy but collaborate closely with internal stakeholders on strategy, creative, and analytics.

What You'll Do
Campaign Management & Execution
- Plan, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Search, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, Taboola, and other native/display platforms.
- Own media budgets exceeding $100K/month, allocating spend efficiently across channels to maximize ROI.
- Set up and manage campaign structures, audience targeting, bid strategies, and creative rotations to drive CPA, CPL, and CPC goals.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and make real-time optimizations to ensure profitability and efficiency.
Optimization & Profitability
- Continuously analyze performance data to identify inefficiencies, opportunities, and trends across campaigns.
- Develop and execute structured testing roadmaps to improve key metrics -CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS -at every funnel stage.
- Manage bid strategies, audience segmentation, and dayparting to maximize budget efficiency.
- Work toward and maintain positive unit economics on all managed spend.
Creative & Landing Page Testing
- Drive a rigorous A/B testing culture across ad creatives -static, video, UGC, and carousel formats.
- Partner with creative teams (or briefing external resources) to produce high-performing ad assets rooted in performance data.
- Leverage landing page and CRO tools to run structured A/B and multivariate tests that lift conversion rates.
- Document learnings and build a playbook of winning creative and landing page frameworks.
Analytics & Reporting
- Own performance reporting -build dashboards and deliver weekly/monthly insights to internal stakeholders.
- Track and communicate key metrics: spend, impressions, CTR, CPA, CPL, ROAS and channel contribution margin.
- Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify new channel opportunities and emerging trends.
What We're Looking For
- 5–8 years of hands-on performance marketing / paid media experience, with direct platform execution (not purely agency oversight).
- Demonstrated experience managing $100K+ per month in media spend across at least one of the following platforms: Google Search, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, or Taboola.
- Prior experience in at least one of the following verticals: Financial Services, Health & Wellness, or Home Services -with a clear understanding of the compliance, funnel dynamics, and buyer behaviour specific to these industries.
- Proven ability to drive campaigns to profitability with measurable CPA, CPL, or CPC outcomes.
- Deep, hands-on proficiency in at least one major platform (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, or Taboola).
- Familiarity with tracking and attribution tools -Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, EverFlow, HasOffers etc.)
- Experience with landing page testing platforms (Unbounce, VWO, Google Optimize, or similar).
- Comfortable working with large datasets; proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets at minimum; SQL or BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Datadog) are a strong plus.
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI-powered tools (e.g., Runway, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, or similar) to produce and iterate on performance creatives
- Working knowledge of pixel implementation, UTM tracking, and conversion event setup.
