Superpowers that will help you succeed in this role:
.● Minimum 1–5 years of experience in growth marketing/performance marketing / product-led growth roles.
● Proven experience in running successful referral or growth related programs
● Must be strong in analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and visualization tools.
● Experience working with fintech, consumer tech, or e-commerce organisations preferred.
● Exposure to CLM/retention/lifecycle management is a plus.
● Familiarity with tools like Clevertap is preferred.
