In this position, you serve as the campus's operational foundation. You handle communication with parents and staff, supervise safety and security protocols, maintain facility and logistical flow, and ensure technology functions dependably for all users. You respond when systems fail, identify potential problems before they grow, and introduce organized stability to fast-moving environments.
This is not a limited coordinator function. It is a hands-on, high-profile position suited to someone who excels with accountability, diversity of tasks, and execution. Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $37 USD/hour, which equates to $75,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
