Programme Overview Our Off-cycle Analyst programme is designed to offer you a broad and exciting experience of work within Investment Banking. The Natural Resources and Energy Transition Team (NET) is a leading go-to advisor for M&A, Capital Markets and Financing in EMEA, counting the largest energy, power, utilities and renewables and metals & mining companies in the world as clients.
The team is split into 3 verticals: (i) Energy, (ii) Power, Utilities and Renewables and (iii) Metals and Mining, which you will work across during your Analyst and Associate years before starting to specialise as a Vice President.
As a highly technical team, in which the modelling is always kept within the group, the junior members get a direct line to the client as the go-to contact for any questions they have. In addition, as a lean team you will work directly with Directors/MDs and clients from a very early stage, gaining great exposure and responsibility
Training and Development Your training and development are our top priority with extensive formal training offered at the start of the programme in addition to on-the-job support, educational speaker events and mentorship throughout.
