Alpha leverages AI-driven 1:1 instruction, enabling students to complete core academics in roughly two hours per day. The remaining time is dedicated to life skills, passion projects, and authentic development. At Alpha's most demanding campuses, students require more than oversight. They need a credible mentor whose personal accomplishments model excellence: someone capable of reading a room, establishing expectations, and guiding them through resistance, distraction, and doubt.
Your role isn't to instruct; it's to coach, challenge, and hold students to the relentless standard you've applied to yourself. You'll dedicate 80% of your time to direct 1-on-1 coaching, small-group sessions, and life-skills workshops. The remaining 20% involves setting the daily tone through sharp kickoffs that build a culture where mediocrity has no place.
The trajectory here isn't vertical into management. It's about mastery and depth. You begin by mastering Alpha's methodology and earning students' trust. Within months, you become the person they respect enough to push them beyond perceived limits. The payoff isn't a title. Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
