Job Description Investment Banking – EMEA FIG (Insurance) – Vice President – London This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated banker to join a dynamic team and contribute meaningfully to our Investment Banking franchise.
Our EMEA FIG Insurance team originates and executes public and private M&A and capital markets transactions for corporate, financial sponsor and government clients across the insurance ecosystem. We maintain deep relationships with leading companies and investors across subsectors including Life & Pensions, Property & Casualty, Reinsurance, Insurance Brokers and Services, Specialty lines, and Insurtech, and we support clients through strategic M&A and capital markets solutions that align with their corporate strategy and structure.
The FIG Insurance team is part of our broader EMEA Financial Institutions Group platform, collaborating closely with product partners and adjacent coverage teams to deliver market leading corporate broking, advisory and financing capabilities across the FIG client base.
Role Overview As a Vice President in the EMEA FIG Insurance coverage team, you will lead day-to-day execution on live transactions and play a key role in client coverage and origination. You will manage analysts and associates, partner closely with senior bankers, and collaborate with cross border colleagues and product teams (M&A, ECM, DCM, LevFin, Ratings/Credit) to deliver best in class advice.
