Our Opportunity: As our Staff Front-End Engineer, you will design and build AI-driven chat experiences that power Agoda’s AI Assistant, trip planning and discovery, customer support flows, and proactive recommendations. You’ll work closely with engineers, data scientists, and product managers to define, build, and scale the next generation of AI solutions that make travel planning more intuitive, personalized, and effortless for millions of customers worldwide.
We’re looking for a visionary Front-End architect with a strong hands-on mentality — integrating innovative AI capabilities and rapidly validating ideas through experimentation. You will create measurable impact on traveler experience and business outcomes, while upholding Agoda’s standards for privacy, reliability, and the responsible use of AI.
