VLSI Delivery Manager
Location: Bangalore
Exp-12+ years
Lead a dynamic team in delivering complex VLSI projects, focusing on RTL/FPGA/ASIC Design, Design Verification Physical Design and DFT in the semiconductor industry.
Responsibilities:
• Managing a large team of VLSI engineers (100+) for successful project delivery.
• Developing and tracking project plans to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Serving as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns.
• Proactively identifying and mitigating project risks.
• Providing technical guidance leveraging extensive VLSI expertise.
• Balancing resources for optimal productivity.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering.
• 12+ years of VLSI/Semiconductor experience with a focus on RTL design and DV.
• Good knowledge of Physical Design and DFT is required.
• Multiple SoC tape out experience is must
• Proficiency in project tracking tools and methodologies.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Track record of successful customer interactions and project delivery.
• Experience in resource planning and allocation.
