About The Job In this role, you will work closely with Government Affairs and Public Policy (GAPP) executives, including the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and other StratOps leads to run strategic initiatives, and work across the team and Global Affairs function to help the team be more effective. You will help run the business cadence (budgeting, planning, reviews), run strategic projects related to roles and responsibilities and organizational design, draft and manage team materials and briefings, and communicate strategy and decision-making to the management team and other key stakeholders.
In this role, you must be an excellent verbal and written communicator with a bias to action, able to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, and be an agile and creative problem solver. You must also demonstrate the ability to get complex things done and drive organizational-wide impact.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$205,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
