Job Description Summary Position Overview
The Director of Medical Education, Cardiovascular and Interventional Solutions (CVIS) will lead the development and execution of national education strategies for healthcare professionals, fellows, medical device representatives, and internal teams that include sales and clinicals. Furthermore, to lead the development and execution of world-class education programs for healthcare professionals, distributors, and internal teams working in Structural and Open Heart procedures performed in the Cath Lab, EP Lab, CVOR, and Hybrid Lab care areas. This role is critical to ensuring safe, effective adoption of our cardiovascular procedural guidance solutions nationally and driving clinical excellence through innovative learning strategies.
This role ensures consistent, high-quality training aligned with AST compliance standards and company objectives. Develop and deploy a National CVIS education strategy that can be leveraged regionally. This role collaborates closely with Product Management, Product Marketing, Luminary Leaders, Commercial teams and Clinical Education and Leadership teams. The Director of Medical Education owns the education strategy and reporting related to activities, events, workshops, training, and ROI on a consistent basis to Cardiovascular Ultrasound (CVUS), Image Guided Solution (IGS), and CVIS leadership.
This position will report directly to the National Structural Heart Leader, CVUS.

We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $108,000.00-$162,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
