As a Product Manager in JPMorgan Chase within the Infrastructure Platforms team , you will be accountable for the firmwide strategy, stability, and evolution of the Shared Drive product, which supports critical business workflows across the enterprise. This role owns the product vision and execution for a highly operationalized platform, used daily across all lines of business.
While the Product Manager role is senior and strategic in nature, it also requires hands‑on product leadership, balancing long‑term modernization initiatives with day‑to‑day delivery, operational oversight, and incident engagement. Success in this role requires deep cross‑functional partnership with Product, Engineering, and SRE teams. The candidate must also exhibit strong vendor management, and the ability to lead a high‑volume product space with precision and discipline.
