Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- 15+ years of experience working as technical program manager envisioning, road mapping, story lining, and implementation in an agile environment
- 5+ Years of experience working on Data and Analytics projects as a program manager specializing in Databases, Data Warehouses
- Experience with user research, rapid prototyping, value proposition definition, design thinking, and analytics
- Own all communication and collaboration channels pertaining to assigned projects, including regular stakeholder review meetings and cross team alignments
- Demonstrated ability to establish working relationships with technology & business partners and cross teams
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification or similar
- 2+ Years of experience working on Data Science and AI projects
- Exposure to tools like JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, Tableau, or similar
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale analytics projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.
- Translates customer needs into well-specified user stories, enabling pod-based software developers to build solutions
- Develops and maintains comprehensive plans and roadmaps, ensuring that features are delivered on time and within scope, and that they add business value
- Drive end-to-end development, from inception to production and maintenance; improves through iterative sprints to fulfil vision and end user needs by incorporating feedback from end users
- Collaborate with data architects, engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to define project requirements and success metrics.
- Possesses a deep understanding of the technology stack (or ability, willingness, and understanding to learn technology stack) and impact on final product.
- Provide regular updates to executive leadership and stakeholders through dashboards, reports, and presentations.
- Manage scope, timelines, budgets, and resources across programs
- Tracks and manages technical and non-technical risks

- Experience working on Agile projects and Agile methodology in general
- Ability to serve as empathetic “voice of the customer,” with strong communication skills
- Ability to communicate complex messages and trade-offs, and to tell compelling stories
- Problem-solving capability with ability to manage an d lead the team to drive solutions

Base Salary Range : $100,000 to $125,000 Per Annum
