This role is on our Hiring Solutions team, responsible for helping large businesses find great talent to grow their organizations. You’d be playing a critical role in building a 0-1 agentic hiring product, bringing your creativity, leadership, and strategic input to drive innovation and develop new UI/UX paradigms in an AI native experience. The pay range for this role is $151,000 to $246,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
