About the role

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and organized Studio Incharge to manage day-to-day studio operations, ensure smooth execution of shoots, and maintain studio equipment and facilities. The candidate will coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and talent to ensure efficient studio functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily studio operations, including scheduling and execution of shoots
Ensure proper setup of studio equipment (lighting, camera, audio, etc.)
Coordinate with production teams, content creators, and technical staff
Manage studio bookings, calendars, and availability
Maintain and monitor studio equipment and inventory
Handle vendor coordination for equipment servicing and repairs
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization of the studio space
Troubleshoot basic technical issues during shoots
Ensure all shoots are completed as per timelines and quality standards
Maintain reports related to studio usage and operations

Required Skills:

Basic understanding of studio equipment (camera, lighting, audio)
Strong coordination and organizational skills
Good communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of MS Office

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Media / Mass Communication preferred)
1–3 years of experience in studio operations / production / media setup

Preferred Requirements:

Experience in managing photo/video studios or production houses
Basic technical troubleshooting skills
Flexibility to work in shifts if required
