Overview
Join Iris as a Senior Producer stepping into a pivotal role within the (fantastic!) Iris Production team, shaping how we deliver a huge array of integrated Healthcare campaigns while working alongside a passionate, multi-disciplinary team.
You’ll have autonomy to, alongside the Healthcare Business Lead, lead on scoping, ways of working, and delivering absolute excellence across the portfolio. You’ll act as the red-thread across all Healthcare briefs, whilst helping oversee more junior Producers working on Healthcare.
It’s an opportunity to combine your commercial acumen, operational expertise, and creative sensibility while also exploring innovation, including AI-driven tools, to drive smarter, faster, and better outputs.
You’ll also be part of a vibrant culture, contributing to both the growth of our Healthcare portfolio and the broader success of Iris.
Responsibilities
- Acting as the production counterpart to the Healthcare Business Lead, leading on scoping, ways of working, and delivering campaigns excellently and with Iris passion!
- Working with all Iris departments including Creative, Strategy, the Design Studio, and Wild Boar Studios (our fab internal Production company).
- Delivering an array of Healthcare projects, setting the standard for pace, precision, and production excellence, as well as also having the opportunity to work across our other brilliant clients – from KP through to Samsung.
- Being a key part of the Iris Production team, helping provide guidance to more Junior producers (and overseeing them when working on Healthcare briefs).
- Working closely with the Commercial team to ensure Healthcare pricing is exemplary and all key details are being reported as required.
- Exploring industry innovation, looking at how AI tooling can help with ways of working and brilliant outputs.
- Guiding client stakeholders through production strategy, timelines, risk and feasibility with confidence, empathy and credibility.
- Supporting pitches and new business across the (growing) Healthcare Portfolio
- Taking part in the fantastic Iris culture – from quiz nights to parties and hanging out on our AMAZING rooftop.
Required Skills
- A senior Producer with project management at their core, with Creative Agency experience and a proven track record in managing multi-disciplinary creative campaigns for a variety of clients (healthcare clients are a bonus but not required).
- Thorough understanding of fully integrated project processes to build out a brilliant plan of action to drive the team forward.
- A commercial thinker and a master in pricing fee proposals, working seamlessly with heads of departments and team leads to gather quotes and build in the costs needed to deliver absolute excellence.
- A calm and collaborative Producer who thrives in driving consistency, team morale and operational brilliance, acting as the perfect partner to the Healthcare Business Lead.
- Proactively exploring tools, AI workflows and partnerships to make work better, smarter and faster.
- A go-getter who can comfortably juggle multiple projects of varying sizes at the same time and oversee more junior Producers working across healthcare briefs.
- A brilliantly Client-facing Producer, comfy presenting Production plans to Clients and explaining processes to truly to take them on the journey from brief kick-off to final delivery.
