Role Responsibilities: We are looking for an Operations Associate to join our Production Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and streamlining various operational processes related to content production for the regional content team. You will work closely with writers, production team, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of production workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Coordination: Manage day-to-day production workflows, ensuring seamless communication between writing, voice-over, and audio teams.
Content Scheduling: Track production schedules, manage timelines, and ensure timely delivery of episodes.
Quality Control: Assist in reviewing and maintaining quality standards for audio and Subtitle content.
Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in production operations and suggest improvements for efficiency.
Tool & System Management: Support the implementation and testing of new tools or systems to enhance production workflows.
Comment analysis & User calls: Monitor user feedbacks; Make user calls and understand user preferences.
Content analysis: Critically analyse content and prepare reports for business team.

Qualifications & Skills:

0–2 years of experience in operations, production management, or a similar role, preferably in media, entertainment, or content production.
Fluent in Telugu (read, write and speak); Can understand Tamil/Malayalam/Kannada (bonus pts for reading and speaking).
Content savvy - listens to/watches any form of content (audio stories/movies/tv show/ podcasts) and can provide feedback.
Ability to listen to several hours of content and provide feedback when necessary
Ability to summarise content for presentation to the business team.
Data-comfortable : Good with numbers; Good at structurally analyzing basic data and providing insights.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in Spreadsheets tools and communication platforms (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace, MS Excel, Google spreadsheet, Google Docs etc.).
Ability to learn new tools if business required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
Understanding and knowledge of AI workflows will be a plus.
